Chocolate making workshop
Join us for a wonderful morning of chocolate making - learn to make ganaches, temper chocolate and dip and decorate your truffles - take home delicious chocolates as well as the skills to make your own at home.
We teach techniques that only use equipment you would have in your kitchen, provide you with notes from the session to remember key pieces of information, and just spend the morning immersed in all things chocolate.
The event is hosted in our workshop in Acharn; we normally use dairy products but can use alternatives if needed. Just let us know of any dietary issues when you book.
